Exchange Policy

At Aapki Pooja, we offer exchange only in case of size-related issues.

Exchange Eligibility

* Exchange requests can be raised only if you have received the wrong size or are facing a size/fit issue with the garment.
* The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
* Exchange is available only for garments/apparel products.
* Footwear, accessories, jewellery and products purchased under the Sale/Discount category are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process ——-

* Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own expense.
* After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.

Size Replacement

* If the requested size is available, the new size will be dispatched to you.
* Applicable shipping charges for dispatching the exchanged product may apply.

If the Requested Size is Unavailable

* If the requested size is not available in stock, a Credit Note/Store Credit will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.
* The Credit Note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
* Credit Notes cannot be redeemed for cash.

Additional Terms

* Only one exchange is allowed per order.
* Once an order has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for a second exchange.
* All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our Quality Control and Customer Support teams.
* The company’s decision regarding exchange eligibility shall be final and binding.
