- Remote areas may take longer (up to 8–10 days).

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can track your order using the provided tracking details.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact our support team. Ensure correct address and contact details are provided at the time of order.
6. Damaged or Tampered Package
Customers must record a video while opening the package. Without an unboxing video, no claims for damaged or missing items will be accepted.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order may not be delivered. Re-shipping charges will be applicable in such cases.
