Welcome to AAPKI POOJA. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing purchases made through our website for ethnic wear, western wear, footwear, and eyewear. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Return / No Refund / No Exchange

  • All sales are final. We maintain a NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGE policy across all product categories.
  • Once an order is placed, processed, and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons including but not limited to: size issues, fit concerns, color variation, personal preference, or change of mind.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing an order.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory for Any Claim)

To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, the following is strictly mandatory:

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is received until it is fully opened.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Outer packaging with shipping label visible
    • Intact seal before opening
    • The product must be clearly visible from all four corners/sides in the video.
    • Entire unboxing process without cuts
    • Product condition and contents inside
Important Conditions:
  • No video = No claim.
  • Screenshots, photos, or edited clips will not be accepted.
  • Claims without proper video proof will be automatically rejected without exception.

3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product (Limited Exception)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Clear unboxing video (as per Section 2)
    • Description of the issue

Verification & Resolution

  • Each claim will undergo internal quality verification.
  • If the claim is found valid, resolution (if any) will be decided at the sole discretion of AAPKI POOJA.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios for Claims

The following situations are not eligible for any claim:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Claim raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor thread issues, loose threads, or finishing variations
  • Color differences due to screen/lighting
  • Size or fit dissatisfaction
  • Normal wear & tear after usage
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Refusal to accept the parcel at delivery

5. Product Category-Specific Notes

Ethnic & Western Wear

  • Slight variations in embroidery, prints, or fabric texture may occur.
  • These are inherent to manufacturing and not considered defects.

Footwear

  • Minor marks due to handling or trial at manufacturing level may be present.
  • Box condition may vary due to logistics handling.

Eyewear

  • For powered eyewear, customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription details.
  • No claim will be accepted for incorrect prescriptions submitted by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Approved cancellations (if any) are processed at the company's discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • We partner with third-party courier services for delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

  • Any fraudulent activity, false claims, or misuse of the policy will result in:
    • Immediate rejection of claim
    • Possible restriction from future purchases
  • We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if required.

9. Limitation of Liability

AAPKI POOJA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or inability to use them.
